ISIC + IYTC
The International Student Identity Card (ISIC) and International Youth Identity Card (IYTC) are issued to over 3.5 million students and youth each year, in 118 countries.
ISIC began in the 1960s to serve the emerging student travellers of the day (think London to Kathmandu overland, in a bus). The IYTC was added more recently to further faciliate the idea of cultural exchange and understanding through youth mobility and travel.
